You get a live link early and an update every evening. Your real data goes in, not dummy records. If something is wrong you tell us the same day instead of finding out in month four.
We install it, train your team, and hand over the code and accounts. Then you decide whether to extend it, put it on a support plan, or stop there. All three are fine with us.

A dedicated developer or small pod working only on your roadmap, with a weekly call and a shared board. Month to month, cancel with 30 days' notice. Best when the work will not stop.

For POS, ERP, CRM and the other ready systems. A one-time setup and configuration fee, then an annual plan covering updates, compliance changes and support. No per-user charges.
Before you ask
For custom builds you own everything — source code, repository, hosting accounts, domains. We hand over credentials on delivery. Products like POS, ERP and CRM are licensed rather than owned, because they are shared systems we keep updating, but your data is yours and exportable at any time.
Usually yes, and usually that is the cheaper answer. A lot of our work is integration — connecting an accounting package to an inventory system, or a POS to tax filing, or a marketplace to a warehouse. We will tell you honestly when replacing is genuinely better than connecting.
Every build includes 30 days of fixes at no charge for anything that does not work as agreed. After that you can put it on a support plan, call us per change, or take it to your own developer — you have the code. We do not hold hosting or domains hostage.
Yes. We sign NDAs before scoping calls when you ask. For development we work on anonymised or sample data wherever possible, and access to production data is limited to named people for the duration of the project.
Bank wire, Payoneer or Wise, invoiced in USD or GBP. Standard terms are 50% to start and 50% on delivery for fixed-scope work, or monthly in advance for retained teams.
